A Time to Speak Out was released this week by Verso Books. It collects a number of dissident Jewish voices from Britain and the world who challenge the dominant Zionist narrative around Israel and the Palestinians and the necessity of creating an alternative Judaism, one not defined by occupation.

This week’s New Statesman reviews the book and a British blogger examines the importance of more Jews rejecting the “Israel right or wrong” brigade.
After all, who can be proud of this?
